What is the standard shipping time for orders?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for saddles?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your new saddle isn't providing the comfort you expected, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition and packaging.
Are Selle Royal saddles waterproof?
Most of our saddles featuring Royal Vacuum Light (RVL) technology are 100% sealed and up to 20% lighter than ordinary saddles in the same category, making them highly water-resistant and perfect for all-weather riding.
